Production discipline

Four phases, one controlled line

01

Profile extrusion

Billets are extruded through dies into the target trim profile, with the cross-section checked against drawing tolerances.

02

Precision trimming

CNC cutting sets lengths and edge geometry so each piece holds consistent dimensions across the run.

03

Anodizing or polishing

Surface finishing is applied to the chosen alloy and finish category, with coating and appearance checked against the specification.

04

Packaging verification

Finished trims are counted, inspected, and packed to protect edges and finish through delivery to the project site.

Metallurgical handling

Aluminum, brass, and stainless steel under strict control

Each alloy behaves differently under extrusion and finishing. Our process parameters are set per material so dimensional accuracy and corrosion resistance hold across the aluminum, brass, and stainless steel categories.

Stringent metallurgical testing supports the structural fidelity and corrosion resistance our clients rely on, and production scales to tight commercial project schedules.
